· 515GRT stands for Graduated Roll Technology, an amazing and innovative face radius design from TWGT.
· The 515GRT Beta Titanium Drivers' GRT 0 Roll radius design deliver a much more consistent trajectory for shots that are hit vertically off-center. All other drivers are designed with a 12" to 14" vertical radius up and down on the surface of the face, called Vertical Roll. As driver size has increased, face height has become much taller. On drivers of >350cc size, the conventional Roll combined with the taller face means the loft at the bottom of the face is as much as 3-4 degrees LESS than the real loft of the driver. And the loft at the top of the face is 3-4 degrees MORE than the real loft of the driver.
· For golfers who occasionally-to-frequently hit the ball above or below the center of the face, this wide range in loft can mean shots hit low on the face fly much lower and lose carry distance. And shots hit high on the face fly much higher and also result in a loss of distance. The 515GRT variable Roll face design delivers the SAME launch angle for shots hit low on the face as in the center of the face. And the 515GRT face design means a better launch angle for shots hit above the face center.
· 515GRT 9.5 loft driver is designed for golfers who already hit the ball high enough from their typical swing movements, as well as for golfers who wish to hit the ball with a driving, penetrating trajectory. The 360cc size of the 9.5 driver is designed for adequate horizontal off-center shot forgiveness for this slightly-better-than-average to skilled player who typically does not require a higher loft or larger head size.
· 515GRT 11 degree driver is for most average golfers who hit the ball on a medium-to-lower trajectory and need a higher launch angle to maximize carry distance. The 395cc size is designed to offer greater horizontal off-center shot forgiveness for the average ability player.
· The 10.5° 440cc - even more face area to take advantage of the GRT.
· 515GRT faces are forged in a 'wrap-around' face construction to keep all welding (plasma welding on the drivers) off the back of the face and maximize face deflection for the highest COR/spring face rating allowed under the USGA Rules of Golf. For precision, the faces are CNC machined both on the back as well as the front. TWGT computer modeled variable thickness has been proven to maximize ball speed from off-center hits for greater distance. 515 Driver face material is 10-2-3 Beta Titanium, an ideal alloy for strength + elastic modulus.
· The 515GRT drivers are finished in a striking midnight navy blue see-thru finish, with satin polish on the exposed titanium surfaces.
· 515GRT Fairway woods are the first 3, 5 and 7-wood heads to achieve the USGA limit for COR of 0.830.
· 515GRT Fairway woods are designed with true 0" roll for a much more consistent launch angle and ball flight.
· 515GRT Fairway Woods are designed with a true forged "Cup-Face" construction to maximize the performance of the faces.
· Head shape on the Fairway Woods is a classic slight "pear-shape", finished in midnight blue die coat with bright satin polished sole and face nicely matching the 515 Driver.
· 515GRT Fairway Wood body is investment cast from 15-5 stainless, face is cup-face forged from the new Carpenter Tour Alloy 275 with yield strength higher than Carpenter 455 and 465 alloys.

· 550C-AW is the gap wedge designed for shotmaking in between the PW and SW.
· 550C are a true forged carbon steel design, made from a softer alloy of Carbon Steel called 1035C with lower carbon content for allowing the forging process to pack the steel tighter and improve grain structure and reduce internal voids.
· 550C is a true Cavity-back design, which means it is forgiving on off-center hits and recommended for all levels of players.
· TWGT uses a 5-step forging process which is one more step than most all other forged irons; the additional step is done to compress the steel tighter in the head and to help reduce the amount of grinding that is required to prepare the irons for nickel/chrome electro-plating. This also ensures more consistency of shape in the set.
· The progressive offset from 3.5mm in the #2 and 3 irons, down to 2.0mm in the short irons is more like what the pros on the PGA Tour have started to like, more than a total non-offset design.
· 550C is designed to allow clubmakers to "mix-and-match" with the 550M muscle-back forged iron - to choose any number of irons from each set to make up the full set. Most typical will be to use the #2, 3, 4 from the 550C with the #5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PW from the 550M.
· 550C has a true "tour grind" shape sole design, which means it is slighly rounded from the front to back, and also has the leading edge and trailing edge rounded to prevent the sole from sticking in the turf when it is used.
· All scorelines, hosel bore and even all the logo/wording on each 550C forged ironhead are CNC machined and not stamped for greater accuracy and higher quality.
· Finished in Bright Mirror Double Nickel/Chrome plating with a unique new "mini-shot" blast surface in the back cavity.
· Available in any set make up or any individual heads #2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, PW, AW, SW.

· Driver designed expressly for golfers with a swing speed of 80mph or lower to increase ball velocity.
· Semi-Offset hosel design contributes to fade/slice reduction and allows for the more rear located CG position for higher launch angle and more control.
· Hosel weight bore on all 730 heads for custom swingweight/MOI assembly.
· GRT face for true launch angle consistency regardless of point of impact.
· Finished in a very striking deep claret red with bright satin polish highlights (all models).

· Designed expressly for golfer with a swing speed of 80mph or lower to maximize distance with the fairway woods with the fairway woods.
· Long Fairway (20° loft) and a High Fairway (26° loft) are the ideal fairway woods for any golfer with a swing speed of 80mph or lower.
· Semi-offset hosel for ease in getting the ball up and reducing a fade or slice.
· Designed with true 0 Roll to ensure consistent launch angle.
· Medium shallow 32.5mm face height to lower CG.

· #5, 6/7, 8/9 hybrid body irons with conventional PW and DW have 6° loft increment for the golfer with slower swing speed.
· Hybrid iron face heights progress in face height - wedge face profiles designed to blend in face profile to the 8/9 hybrid iron.
· 0.335" bore in the 5, 6/7, 8/9 irons for installation with TWGT's high launch, 0.335" tip design.
· 0.370" bore in the wedges to afford more control.
· "Split-level Sole" design of hybrid irons plays like wide sole conventional iron.
· Hybrid iron hosels are bendable +/-2° for custom lie fitting NOTE: Recommended to use metal wood bending machine to avoid top crown marring, or order custom bent by TWGT.
· Hosel weight bore in all 730CL heads for custom swingweight/MOI fitting.

· 752TC employs special design features to enhance the Trajectory Control of the ball.
· 752TC is a full, deep cavity back iron with more side wall weighting for higher perimeter weighting which means better feel and more distance when hit off-center.
· 752TC blade shape features a more traditional topline slope angle but in a slightly larger overall size to enhance the perimeter weighting of the higher mass side wall design.
· 752TC features a thicker top line and an extended weight pad off the back of the sole to move the Center of Gravity farther back from the shaft; Moving the CG back from the shaft helps to increase the trajectory of the ball for more carry distance and better backspin.
· The rear weight pad reduces in size as the loft increases down through the set because as loft increases, there is less need for design features that increase traectory.
· Offset is progressive from 6mm on the #2-iron down to 2mm on the wedges. More offset places the CG farther behind the shaft which in turn increases the trajectory on the lower lofted ironheads.
· 752TC irons also feature the TWGT "Smart-Sole" design - wide sole area for lower CG but with the front and back edges of the sole radiused up to reduce sole surface contact for less chance of "fat shots."
· Finished in Brilliant Mirror polish with laser cut TW logo metal medallion in the back cavity. |
